Warranty and Returns

Guided by our commitment to the highest possible Customer Service standards, ALL Drew Lennox products carry our no quibble guarantee: if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the product we have supplied, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price within 4 weeks of its acquisition (providing the article is unused and in sellable condition even if the packaging has been discarded).

In addition to this, all our products come with a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase during which we will replace defective goods with new ones.

If you simply wish to return the product, please send it back (including the invoice for us to trace your order) to the address below and we will refund your account as soon as we receive the unused and undamaged item:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do notify us at once. Please note that we are not able to cancel your order once the item has been dispatched. If you have received an item that has been dispatched prior to your cancellation request, please follow the normal return procedure, as above.

Please note that, as made clear on our leather accessories product pages, For Self-Evident Reasons We Cannot Accept Any Returns of Any Goods Which Have Been Personalised at your Request unless, of course, we have made an error. This seems a fair approach to us and one with which we trust you agree.
